Our take
I added these resistance bands to my home gym for extra rowing workouts. The set comes with three bands offering a good progression of resistance, which is nice. The heavy tension level provides a decent challenge. However, they feel a bit basic—no labeling or storage case included. They work fine for lat pulldowns and rows, but for the price, I expected a bit more quality. A good supplementary tool but not a standalone solution.
